Conference information
- Conferences are not required.
- Due to the limited number of appointments, it will not be possible to meet with all Project Arrow and 4C math families.
- Due to the number of students Mr. Cook teaches, conferences are limited to 10 minutes. 5 minutes is allowed between conferences for transition time and is not part of conference time.
- Each student is permitted one conference slot. If Mr. Cook teaches your student for both math and Project Arrow, both subjects will be discussed in a single conference. If you have more than one student in Mr. Cook’s class(es), you are encouraged to schedule a single slot to discuss both students.
- Conferences are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If possible, please do not reserve an evening appointment if you are available during the day.
Conferences location
All conferences are in-person in Room 142 at Cowlishaw Elementary School. If you are unable to come to the building, please schedule an appointment and then email Mr. Cook separately to discuss remote options.
