Conferences are offered to students currently enrolled in Project Arrow or Mr. Cook’s accelerated math class.
- Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis
- If you have flexibility in your schedule, please consider taking a daytime slot.
- Due to time constraints, no “double” conferences can be scheduled unless you have two or more separate students in the program.
- There will be a single conference to discuss both PA and math performance, if applicable.
- Conferences are 10 minutes in length due to the large number of families that need to be accommodated.
- Attendees are encouraged to arrive five minutes before their scheduled time and wait in the hall outside Room 142. At the time of your conference, knock firmly on the door. Mr. Cook will either let you know you can enter or ask you to wait for the current one to conclude.
- Attendees arriving late will not be able to “make up” the time they missed. Arriving after your scheduled time will most likely require you to reschedule.
- Conferences are held in-person by default but Google Meet remote conferences or phone conferences can also be arranged. If you would like to do one of those options, please sign up for a time and then email Mr. Cook separately to let him know your preference.
- If there is not a time that works for you, please contact Mr. Cook directly for alternative times. You may want to provide some of your available before or after school hours over the next week or so.
Conferences are not available for families interested in Project Arrow. There is a formal process to start this process. Please contact the student services coordinator for details. Families who sign up for conferences to discuss program entry will be advised to contact the office separately.

For appointments later in the day, the main office (Door 1) may be closed after 4:15 p.m. If this is the case, please go to Door 13 and be prepared to show photo ID to enter the building.
